Doula Mentorship Program
NEW DOULAS NEED SUPPORT, TOO.

BIRTH DOULA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
IT'S MORE THAN AN APPRENTICESHIP
Being a doula is more than double hip squeezes and teaching babywearing (I mean, you'll be doing plenty of that too!). Starting off can be one of the hardest milestones you will work through as a birth professional. Navigating where to begin can be a little easier with someone experienced to lean on.

Meet Connie
Connie's teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the Montessori Method of pedagogy and intersectionality theory. Connie has a Master's Degree in Educational Research, is a DONA trained Birth Doula, a Certified Hypnobirthing Educator and Doula, and is a firm believer in the power of experiential learning.
I'm committed to guiding doulas of all backgrounds to start with highlighting their specialties and what's important to them as they begin their practice. My goal is to encourage confident doulas who feel ready to make lasting influences in their community and to make an impact against systemic disparities.
