Hypnobirthing Group Course

Hypnobirthing encourages mindful pregnancy practices, a more relaxed birth experience, and often a shorter labor.  In clinical trials, Hypnobirthing has been found to decrease pain intensity, decrease time in active labor, and decrease the number of days spent in hospital.The group Hypnobirthing course includes six classes focusing on guided Hypnobirthing exercises, evidence-based childbirth education, meditation, guided meditation for self-hypnosis, visualization, and comfort measures.  All classes follow the individual needs of the families in class and focus on moving through the changes that pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum bring.

The sliding scale of $40-$249 is for the whole course (6 classes total).  You only have to register once with one "ticket" per family/birthing person + any support people.

Class 2 - Meditation and Setting Goals

Class 3 - Comfort Measures (how touch, sound, and movement can help.) and The Birth Process (the physiological and psychological process of birth)
