SUPPORTING YOUR MIND & BODY DURING YOUR FERTILITY JOURNEY
“I see the quest (of fertility) as a silence to be heard, a path to be walked, a rhythm that flows, a moment to be lived now, in its own time, in the full presence of all that you can bring to it today.”- Michelle Leclaire O'Neill, Ph.D, RN author of Hypnofertility: The Leclaire Method
CONNIE LAMBETH, M.Ed.
"I help people find the tools that guide them to find individualized goals for mind/body/fertility balance and optimal health."

HYPNOFERTILITY PRIVATE COURSE
Hypnofertility is a mind-body education method that helps people trying to conceive (TTC) and their support partners in an embracing and non-invasive approach to fertility. Hypnofertility supports those trying to conceive with increasing the chances of fertility and conception, either naturally or alongside medical therapies. Hypnofertility is complementary to other holistic therapies, standard medical care, and other fertility treatments. Self-hypnosis can strengthen overall health by decreasing stress and anxiety, creating a climate that is optimal for conception and pregnancy. Hypnofertility can be utilized in companionship with other fertility treatments like stimulating ovulation, ICI, IUI, and IVF, and is equally supportive for those just starting out on their fertility journey.
In clinical trials, Hypnosis has been found to double the success rate of IVF treatments while using Hypnosis during embryo transfer (from 14% to 28%).
Pax & Lux's Hypnofertility class includes curriculum focusing on guided meditation/self-hypnosis exercises, meditation, breathwork, imagery, visualization, and guided exercises. All classes follow the individual needs of the people in class and focus on moving through pre-conception with support of the Mind-Body connection.

What Evidence Says...
"The use of hypnosis during embryo transfer may significantly improve the IVF/ET cycle outcome in terms of increased implantation and clinical pregnancy rates. Furthermore, it seems that the patients' attitude to the treatment was more favorable."
increased pregnancy ratio by 76%
"(Hypnosis) was considered to have resulted in beneficial modification of attitude, optimism, and mind-body interaction."
"Hypnosis during embryo transfer is as effective as diazepam in terms of pregnancy ratio and anxiolytic effects, but with fewer side effects and should be routinely available."
"Leclaire Method Hypnofertility places a well-defined path for a successful pregnancy through understanding The Mind/Body Balance."
Richard P. Marrs, M.D. Director, Center for Assited Reproductive Medicine, Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center
"Emotional stress results in high adrenaline and cortisol levels. This leads to imbalances in other hormones that are important for optimal fertility including thyroid, progesterone, and estrogen. One of the most tried and true ways to decrease emotional stress and its physiological effects is with guided imagery, meditation, breathing through the nose, and relaxation."
Christiane Northrup, M.D., author of Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom
"The only relief comes from learning coping techniques which are less about problem-solving and more about letting-go. Of the letting-go approaches, hypnosis ranks at the top."
