About the event
Childbirth education for out of hospital birth families is a important aspect of preparing expectant parents. This class encompasses a wide range of topics and skills to ensure a safe and self-empowering birth experience. Our class covers in-depth information about the stages of labor, pain management techniques, the role of the birth partner, emergency preparedness, lactation/infant feeding, and postpartum care.
Our goal is to help you feel confident and informed in your decisions. Home birth childbirth education emphasizes the significance of informed decision-making and effective communication with your midwife. We provides tools for parents to advocate for their preferences and navigate the various scenarios that may arise during labor and postpartum.
We support all families!
2 Saturday sessions: 4hrs each with a lunch break at noon.
8 hours of childbirth education curriculum total!
Hosted by Margaret Romano and Connie Lambeth
