Service Description

Gentle, hands-on support for comfort and relaxation during labor, tailored to your needs and preferences in the moment. As a midwife, I understand the physiology of labor and how to adapt comfort measures to the circumstances of your birth. This service is subject to availability in the moment and can be helpful for prodromal/false labor or labor pattern that has stopped or needs support in progressing. This is not doula support, but an additional way to encourage your body to the next phase of labor. If someone wants to at the entirety of their birth as a member of their birth team, my full midwifery fee and availability would apply in this circumstance.
