In-office: $150 At-home: $150 + $50 (-30 mins travel) or $100 (31-60 min travel) travel fee from Connie's home office (4506 Wallace Ave. Monona, WI) • Includes assessment of fetal tone, movement, breathing, amniotic fluid, and heart rate monitoring. • A modified Biophysical Profile does not include a Non-Stress Test (NST). Travel Fee • $50 flat fee for at-home visits within 30 minutes of Monona, WI., or $100 flat fee for at-home visits within 60 minutes of Monona, WI. • Custom quote available for longer distances. Notes: • These are non-diagnostic, point-of-care ultrasounds for midwifery decision-making. • They are not intended to replace full diagnostic imaging from a radiologist.
